Semi-annual moorage - $7.25 per foot per month

Upon contract signing, the total moorage must be paid in full.

One month before expiration of contract, notice and payment

will be required in order to retain the slip for the following year.

Summer moorage- $8.00 per foot per month

(any moorage under a 6 month time period) 

Moorage payment will be due upon contract signing.

One month before expiration of contract, notice and payment

will be required in order to retain the slip for the following quarter.

$0.12 per kilowatt/hr for hydro to be billed semi-annually
